1. Delivery Coverage
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
GCC & International Delivery
At this time, Glamourpie primarily serves customers within the UAE.
Selected GCC or international delivery options may be introduced in the future. If you have a special request, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next working day
- Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours
3. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities: 1–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above AED [set your threshold – e.g. 100 / 150 / 200]
- Orders below this value may incur a flat shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout
Any applicable shipping charges are shown before order confirmation.
5. Large & Special Items
Some larger products, including ride-on toys or outdoor play equipment, may:
- Be shipped directly from our warehouse
- Require additional handling or scheduling
- Take longer than standard delivery times
If installation or special delivery arrangements are required, our team will contact you in advance.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number will be provided
- You can track your order status online at any time
If tracking information is not visible immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for courier updates.
7. Delivery Requirements
- A valid delivery address and contact number are required
- A signature may be required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
8. Delays, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order is:
- Delayed
- Delivered incomplete
- Delivered incorrectly
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Customs, Duties & VAT (If Applicable)
For any future international shipments:
- Shipping fees are charged at checkout
- Customs duties, taxes, or VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier at delivery
