Return & Refund Policy

At Glamourpie, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • All original tags, accessories, and manuals (if any) are included

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or digital products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

4. Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the return window
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

5. Refunds

 
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing time:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 working days (depending on bank processing times)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

 
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
  • Price differences (if applicable) will be communicated before processing

7. Return Shipping Costs

 
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong product was delivered
    • The item was damaged during delivery

In such cases, Glamourpie will arrange return pickup or reimbursement where applicable.

8. Order Cancellations

 
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

9. Compliance with UAE Consumer Law

 

This policy follows applicable provisions of UAE Federal Consumer Protection regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UAE law.
